        I am trying to rent an apartment. I have emailed and even called the office several times but no one has contacted me back. Very bad customer service. I guess they don't really want to rent apartments or the staff they have working there is so young that they really don't care.

        I applied for my 78 year old brother who is disabled before apartments were even available. Never received phone call or letter. I tried calling and emailing, but got no response. Left voicemails...no response. Haven't tried to contact them in quite a while. Street level places are probably all gone.

        Called for information and was told to go through the website , I had already done that and the website says to contact the office . I sent emails but no answer , seems like they dont need to lease anything . Not even interested anymore . Should hire better customer service .
