Hello,We have boiler plate pricing across all 4 lines of our automotive film depending on vehicle type/size. We have promotions that are strictly online promotions. Depending on which google ad you may have seen you can receive anywhere from 10% off to 25% off which is at random for different customer engagement. We also have SEO marketing running which when you request a quote it automatically applies discounts to engage more customers during certain time periods and drive more traffic to our shop from our marketing sources. Apparently you had someone else call or walk in into our office asking for pricing and our boiler plate pricing was given since it was a call and no mention of already receiving a quote online. Someone else then called immediately after saying they received a different quote and our rep told you if you had already received a quote online to bring the vehicle in and that auto quote will be looked up and honored. Our online quoting system is designed to make it easy on the customer to not have to take the time to call in and be able to see all the different options. We reward customers with discounts by using our online system because we have less personnel answering the phones and Providing written quotes with incentives/discounts. Our apologies if you feel the price changed, but our online marketing has discounts running constantly and changes depending on the amount of traffic we are receiving or if we are overbooked. We have always had online marketing and have never had this happen, most always call and mention the quote they received and we are able to look it up and schedule the work.

Hello Oscar,You signed a waiver in our work order that states removal of back windows that it is a possibility of defrost lines being damaged. Especially with older tint that rips into shreds it’s almost impossible to not damage the rear defroster lines. You also then tried to accuse us of cutting the seals or rubbers on your windows but it was impossible since we computer cut patterns and do not cut tint on your glass. We also offered to send you the videos of your vehicles being worked on because of-this exact reasons we have cameras all around or shop. To protect us against accusations. Even after you tried to accuse us of this we offered to remove the film and have another shop install the tint for you at our cost and you still chose not to take us up on that offer. We are not perfect but there is a reason why we have 5 stars because we will always go out of our way to make the customer happy. You just chose not to take us up on the offer we provided and a year later decide to leave this review.
