Ordered 4 boxes of pizza online. Why into the store to pick it up and it was extremely busy. Staff backed up as always and some female employee was using the F Word. Not ok. Anyways I got home with my pizza to have only discover that one of the pizzas had a long brown Simi wavy hair in it. Gross. I waited on the phone for someone at the 1270 store in Rialto for over 1 hour and 16 minutes. I work for The health department so part of my job is to inspect FOOD and complain about it. How can I do that if not even the manager answers the phone. I'll be calling corporate bright an early Monday morning. Order#1038745. Total 34.44. I'll be getting a refund.

If I could rate it lower I would. Horrible experience. Save yourself the time and headache. Straight clown show.

Alway waiting for over an hour & half for my order. When I do delivery it's faster but they always forget my 2 liter soda or side.
Need to go back to get it :(
