Arrowhead Family Health Center - Westside

Horrible place! I am someone that doesnt write bad reviews but this place really was terrible. Dr diaz doesnt seem to pay attention, listen or care, she doesnt even seem to know what shes doing or saying. Very rude and humiliates you. Im so glad i changed doctors because a doctor shouldnt make me feel uncomfortable or feel like im not cared for. Some of the staff are also rude, the medical assistant guy will make up your vital signs to make you seem like your doing normally fine when the doctor comes in. I have felt so humiliated and uncared for like if nothing i said was important. Very disappointed.

They schedule an appt and something comes up for the provider and you are seen.

Doctors I've seen are usually pretty great, not sure why but this place is impossible to call though. Always "busy". Pray they call you when you have questions regarding anything because they aint picking up your call

I have been going here for 14 years, and the main hospital, all are understanting even down to securitl, thank God for all of them.
