Ayres Hotel Rialto/Fontana (Now Open!)

The hotel itself was spectacular. Staff very friendly, breakfast was excellent, rooms were very clean & modern The only downfall is, there is not enough security for the area, and my catalytic converter was stolen in their parking lot on my first night. Poor placement of security cameras mean the cops were not able to locate any plate number, and I am left high and dry. Safety: Very bad area (theft)

Excelent service. 5 star Cleanliness. Great Breakfast variety and bar. Would recoment and keep staying here every time om in town. This will be my #1 pick. Close to restaurants and stores. Nearby activities: Dining and movies Safety: Great location Walkability: Walking distance to stores and restaurants

Breakfast was bad, worst scrambled eggs I've had in my life. Im convinced they were powdered eggs. Sausages were ice cold and had probably been sitting out for 2 hours. All of the coffee was gone at 8:30. Everything else about the hotel was good. Rooms were clean, service was good.

Husband and I stayed here for 2 nights this past week, we were on the first floor and it was very clean from the lobby to the rooms, cleanliness is definitely a priority at this hotel, room was spacious and the staff was friendly. The breakfast served from 6am-9am was delicious: bagels, muffins, toast, eggs, sausage or bacon, potatoes, pancakes, yogurt, fruit, granola, cereal, waffle & coffee station, and juice. They also had an evening bar. The location of this hotel is great, our experience was great, highly recommend staying here!

If you're looking for an amazing experience from a wonderful hotel staff, Ayres Hotel is THE place for it. This sounds like an opening for an ad, but I can't praise them enough - my coworker and I had to fly out from the East Coast to ship out over 300 packages from our hotel room, and everyone who works here had been nothing but kind, generous, and overly accommodating. They were always cheerful and ready to help when we would bring down a bunch of packages each day that had to sit and wait to be picked up. They helped us carry and load up the mail truck when it arrived. They didn't judge or make us feel weird for our crazy and constant requests. The staff make our incredibly stressful situation feel much more tolerable, and that's more than we could have hoped for. As far as the actual stay, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was fantastic, and the outdoor seating area was a nice, calm relief after being in the room for so long. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, and the pool + hot tub were great! All in all, with our unique situation, I give this experience a 1000000000000/10. Thank you to everyone at the Ayres Hotel for literally everything!!! Walkability: Very close to a number of restaurants!
