        Today, I experienced something weird at the drive thru ATM. The initial login screen is different. After I selected withdrawal amount, I was asked my pin again. Then the screen said something like exceeded login tries and login failed. I reported to the security just inside their door.

        This is by far my worst experience with Bank of America . I have been to other locations and are always all about customer service except for this location . They took over an hour and only two tellers. I been there twice and same thing .. would not return
