        They don't return phone calls. Seems to me you are already judged before you can ask a question. They instantly start telling me what you can and cannot do. It needs to be a senior citizen apartment complex. They need to not let children move in because they have to be extra quiet. I have to many grandchildren that sometimes vist me for this complex. They don't all visit at once but still
