Townhomes here come with a plethora of issues and whoever they hired to originally build the homes needs to lose their licensing. Walls are paper thin, poor communication between renters and community board, appliances are dated, plumbing problems left and right, and window screens in sizes that dont match the window frames they are in. I live here, it's a nice private community behind the hospital. Regular security patrols, 3 pools, regular bushes trimming/cleaning.

Im an owner of one of the condos in the Northridge village townhomes. In the 3 years weve lived here, we have been comfortable. Friendly neighbors, almost everyone has a dog big or small and Ive never had an accident taking my small dog out on her walks. I have two boys who are homeschooled, and weve had no problem with them socializing since theres plenty of kids around their age. I feel save letting my almost 11 year old go on a bike ride in the community. We have the luxury of 3 pools and I believe 2 of them are salt water, a small apparatus area for the kids, and a big club house. Its a nice and quiet community, yet I havent hear any complaints when people have house parties till late at night, which its nice. We also have security patrolling the grounds. This isnt our forever home, but definitely happy we live here for now.
