Well where should I start! The fact that I am a business owner myself but they close at 12pm? That already should make you think twice. I was looking to rent a property but the asked for my tax returns, ummm let me see as a business owner and it was only feb and you want to see my returns! Please! mind you my credit score us 750 and bring in plenty, not to mention my office is bigger and nicer than theirs but I am suppose to bend my back backwards for their lack of communication oh please. Good luck to the future tenants! Glad I found a way nicer place. They are taking the Raza to the cleaners.....

Will not respond to an email to save thier lives. Very rude and wont help anyone. Stay away from this company. Dont trust any vendor that works witb company. They are all dishonest

Run. They are stealing. Ask them for contacts, receipts, insurance and they will never respond

This management is not useful at all. If I'm owner, I will fire most of them. Unprofessional and lazy people. I called this morning with an emergency situation. My toilet and bathtub were full of water and overflowing. We can't use the toilet and water all day. I have two small children who find it difficult to understand the situation. I kept calling and calling and asking for an answer, when the plumber would come to solve the problem. Nobody gave me an answer to this question. They kept saying that he would call me soon. You know the answer - no one calls me. I was able to find a plumber with just one phone call to come right away. It's almost 4pm now and I finally talked with their plumber, who promised to come in a few hours. Don't know if it will solve the problem today.
