You need to fix the community you ruined by putting a tiny home community in a residential area. West Valley has gone downhill the past few years. Understand there is a homelessness crisis in LAC.. but the parking lot behind your building next to the tiny cabin communities is awful. There are public charging stations and the rims were stollen off our car during the day while charging! This is happening next to the police station!! Unacceptable.. There is also an increase in people sleeping in their cars around the area. People sleeping in the bushes. And an increase in littering/trash. The park and library were a nice asset to the community that have been ruined. Safety is a concern. Do better.

I have been residing at 23153 Oxnard St since 2004, and the street from Fallbrook to Woodlake has been in terrible repair ever since then.There are numerous potholes large enough to result in flat tires. The street is in TERRIBLE REPAIR, and one of your employees just told me that the street is not due for major repair until 2006 or 2007! I lost two tires in the past 3 years because of these defects, and two dental implants from getting seriously jolted by these defects. I'll bet that YOUR STREET is in much better state of repair. If you do not intend to help solve this problem, please dispose of this letter, as I expect you will do.
