I have been a long time client and once they reopened they called me but had already given away my time slot. I had to pick a new one. Once I did we set it up for every 2 weeks. I cancelled ahead of time the 1st cleaning as my daughter might be sick. I contacted a week later to let them k ow she was fine and I would see them next week. They said they gave away my time slot again as they did not know when I would ask for service. Told them it would have been nice to call me and ask before they gave my time slot away. They really didn’t seem to care and tried to make excuses. Terrible customer service! Don’t test them they will not honor your requested time.
