I am really agre others comments i did call while ago because I did want opening business accounts and the lady toll me just come here, first i didn't want go there because they have bad reviews but i say less give them try but I did show up today and the told me u have to make in appointment i am very disappointed with wrong information...

They never answer the phone here. When asked about it they say they don't when they are busy, literally 1 customer in bank. In my business we always answer the phone, even after hours if we are there.

Absolutely worst customer experience. Went to teller and said I wanted to open new account. She explained that there were appointments ahead of me but she would ask Bankers to fit me in. She excused herself and came back and told me "David" would help me in 20 minutes when he came back from lunch. I sat in Lobby to wait. Someone??? (Didn't introduce herself) approached to ask if I've been helped. I explained that David would be helping me. 5 minutes later another woman approached to ask what I am waiting for. I said I was here to open a new account. She said "I'm going to lunch now and I have appointments after that so no, I couldn't open a new account but I could make an appointment. I told her David will be helping me and she said "David?, are you sure?" I said yes. She said I'll go ask him and I'll be right back (she never came back). After approx 10 minutes a man approached and introduced himself as David and asked if I'd been helped. I said yes, I was told you would could assist me in opening a new account. He said, " No, I'm afraid I cannot." (No explanation). I told him the teller told me she asked you and that I should wait until you returned from lunch. He stated " I told her that No, I couldn't open new account. Would you like to schedule an appointment?" I said No and left. Smmff...
