    I HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY FRONT CAR SEAT. THE TECHNICIAN CAME OUT IN THE RAIN AND FIXED THE ISSUE. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND COMMUNICATED WELL. I AM A SATISFIED CUSTOMER AND WILL REFER THEM AS MUCH AS I CAN. THEY WERE ALSO AFFORDABLE. No COMPLAINTS AT ALL.

    We were very disappointed in the service that was provided to us.. First visit, the car wouldnt start, They thought it was the battery, The mechanic took the battery out that was 2 months old and said it needed to be replaced. He came back with a new battery and replaced it with the old battery And my husband wanted his old battery back so he could take it back to the place he bought it from.. And he was told he would get a receipt and warranty and he got neither.. And he went to the store and to put gas in the car came back home.. And the next day when he went out to out to start his car it wouldnt start He noticed that the car was running hot.So he called the company back to come back out , because he was told it was the battery and he was told that you gave him a new battery and his car wouldnt start.. Then he was told that he had done something to the car.. Very unprofessional.. You didnt offer any explanation, You just said it was something he did.. Not good customer service.. He had a hard time communicating with the mechanic, because he didnt speak English.. Then the mechanic came back out and checked the car and he said it needed a water pump and oil change He agreed upon the oil change and water pump to be replaced and then as the mechanic was taking a look something popped as he was pushing on the gas.. My husband was very upset about what was going on..The mechanic came out and replaced the manifold.. Then my husband went out to ran some errands and now hes car has stopped running again.. we have put money into fixing the car for it to stop again and left with the battery dead and left stuck on the side of the road The thing that upset him was that the mechanic never tested drove the car after he was done to check and make sure the car was running properly We put money into getting the car fixed and working with money we really didnt have But we knew we had to get it fixed.. We continue to ask for a receipt and warranty paperwork.. All we want is our car to be fixed and working.. We are very disappointed and dissatisfied with the poor service and customer service you provide..

Good afternoon We are writing to you so that you understand what happened. It all started with the fact that your husband used our services because, as he said, he liked our first interaction and it was a battery replacement. It’s not clear why he didn’t complain about the bad battery until we fixed his car a second time! I will tell you in detail so that all readers understand what is happening! At your husband's request, we sent a mechanic to your place a second time after we replaced the battery. The request was as follows: “The car was heating up and there was an oil and antifreeze leak.” Upon arrival, the mechanic immediately discovered that there was no antifreeze in the system at all, which already suggests that everything could have happened before this moment, including a blown head gasket. He and the mechanic went to the store, bought water there and brought it back to test the system and see where the antifreeze leaked. And immediately ours that the problem was in the water pump, since the water was coming out from there and it was necessary to replace the pump because without eliminating the leak it is not possible to understand where else the problem could be because we need to do a test with the car running, but the car could not be started due to a faulty pump. We warned during the conversation that anything could happen and you need to constantly monitor the temperature of the engine coolant! After we changed the water pump, he tested all components including the correct operation of the thermostat and Radiator fan. It all worked fine and we are not just stupid people who are working for the first time, we know that we need to test the car and warn the costumer that the car may overheat again since you drove it with an empty coolant system and any mechanic would have told you so. Having received payment, the mechanic left. The next day we received a request from your husband that the car does not work and will not start. Since we care about our reputation, we immediately sent a mechanic to look at your car again. It turned out that there was a crack in the intake manifold . We warned your husband and after that, without even listening to what happened, he was firmly convinced that everything was our fault and began to insult our manager and our mechanics with words. He behaved in such a way that it was already useless to talk to him. We heard threats to life, threats to kill families, that we would never have thought that an adequate person could say such a thing to another person! it became unbearable and we would have gone to meet any other client and helped with any issue, but your husband is not that client, he immediately showed that he wants to resolve issues differently. And yes, your intake manifold, your battery, water pump and oil were replaced correctly and the problem is not due to our repairs. I know that any normal person, after such words, would not want to deal with you at all after the threat to his life. He said a lot of things that he shouldn't have .
