Reseda East Apartments

I was renting here from the years 2021-2024 and it's been my best living situation yet! Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves--but are friendly when you pass them. For studios nowadays these are what made this place worth it due to it's rarity in the market: 1) assigned parking (bonus that it's gated), 2) full size kitchen WITH appliances, and 3) lots of storage space. The layout, hallway, and wall separations doesn't make the studio feel like one giant room. Location is great--near so many foodie spots and businesses on Reseda. The manager and maintenance were always prompt and communicative. The laundry is 24/7 and uses PayRange (so convenient). I always recommend this place when I hear about friends who are looking for a new spot.

Crying on the floor with a newborn on my lap, I had to take a moment and tell him how happy his parents here. I really couldn't have asked for more and really had features that made it sad to go. Apartments were always clean , inside and out. I never dealt with any sort of bug problems and that's a big deal for me. They do weekly yard work and have someone doing maintenance often. Maintenance, questions and/or concerns were handled promptly and we had great communication with management. It is such a quiet and insulated location that 1 meant we were nice and cool always! And 2 it was so quiet in our apartment sometimes I wondered if anyone was even around. Last, the apartments are in an excellent commuting location. CSUN is very close by and there are a few buses to get there . There is also a free bus that takes you to CSUN, the mall , other retail shopping centers and the amtrak across the street . It is also very near the orange line that makes a downtown commute simple.

Loved being here. These apartments are pretty spacious and had new appliances when I moved in. I spent nearly 5 years here; most of the neighbors were kind and kept to themselves. Never had noise complaints. The gated parking is excellent for the area (don't see much protected parking) and they recently updated the washers/dryers. Nicely kept gardens and pool area. Regular pest control. Would've stayed longer, but we had a kid and wanted to move closer to family. Definitely one of my favorite apartments since moving to California.
