Monarch Apartment Lofts

Lived here for two years. Car got broken into twice. Bike got stolen from the bike rack. Place was FILLED with roaches. Pool wasn't heated and was freezing even during the summer. Wouldn't move back here EVER even if prices became reasonable.

I moved in about a month ago and Vicktoria had made it super easy. Shes been really helpful with the move in process. While theres been minor issues with my unit; theyve been taken care of quickly and easily. Happy to be here!

The building is under new ownership and management. It has recently gone through a major renovation! We look forward to making this a high quality experience for all!

In response to the negative complaints, as the current on-site Property Manager, we take the safety of our residents seriously. There was not a manager living on-site in the recent past. Since new management has taken over the building, we have installed upgraded cameras with high resolution for added security. Plus management patrols the property regularly and addresses any suspicious activity promptly. We have regular monthly pest control and any requests for treatment are scheduled in a timely manner. The building has both a pool (unheated) and a spa (heated). Both are cleaned and maintained regularly. Work orders for building maintenance are addressed at the earliest availability and are prioritized according to the urgent nature of the work needing to be done. We strive to respond quickly to our residents and resolve any matters that may arise, as soon as possible. We value our residents and want to make their experience with us not just satisfactory but excellent!

Roaches roaches roaches! They claim that they have ways to solve it and they do not work, its unbelievable. Theft problems, and car break ins are also something that happens there. Its an embarrassment. Elevator is in horrible condition. Dog urineNot to mention, the workers just go in to look at a problem, but dont actually fix it. Leaks happen, as well. When it rains, you bet the apartment is flooded as well. Asked for help, they come and fix it but it still leaks. Im really at a loss for words when it comes to this dishwasher does not work I could go on!
