Royal Villa

Ive lived here for almost 2 years! So far so good the manager is really nice and you can go to her if you have any sort or issue with your apartment, also the maintenance man is super helpful anytime I've had a problem with anything whether it my sink or lights he's always there to help and is really kind as well!! !! The people that also live in this building are nice everyone greets eachother respectfully. The building is kept clean daily!! The inside of the apartment unit is nice, living room is spacious! Flooring is nice, cabinets are nice, bathroom vanity is nice as well, lots of closet space too!!

I really like living in these apartments, very clean, everything, we have a very helpful manager, she is always there to help you at any time, thank you and the entire team, very good service.

Great place to live in!!! It's clean, the location is right in the heart of Northridge, and the Manager, Erica is so friendly and kind. She goes above and beyond to make you feel taken care of. Whenever there is a problem she sends helps right away. I would highly recommend if you're considering to move here 10/10

This property is unlike others that I have lived in, it is very pleasant for its coexistence, the common areas look clean, the laundry is up to date with its cleaning, its manager is very friendly and always gives an immediate solution to any problem I have in my apartment, the girl in the apartment Cleaning is very friendly, I really recommend this property, you can live in peace

I've been living in this apartment building for a while, and I couldn't be happier. Here are some of the reasons why I love it: Fantastic Location: I can't emphasize enough how great the location is. It's close to everything - shopping, dining, and public transportation. Convenience at its best! Responsive Management: The building management team is amazing. Any issues or questions are handled promptly, and they genuinely care about the residents. Amenities: theres a pool, the common areas are always clean and well-maintained. Safe and Secure: I feel safe here. The building has excellent security measures in place and I've never had a concern. Friendly Neighbors: The neighbors are great and the sense of community in this building is real. It's nice to know and interact with the people living around you. Overall, I can't say enough good things about this place. It's more than an apartment; it's a home. If you're considering moving here, I highly recommend it.
