        Sandra provided excellent customer service but the price of a home was 10,000 more than the advertised price. I did not purchase this time.

        I work there currently as a graveyard security officer. It's a awesome and small site. Seems to be a good neighborhood as far as I can tell. I drive from Fresno two night's a week to work there.

        My experience with this company has been awful. They will ignore you, forward your phone calls, and ignore your emails. I was unable to move forward with the purchase of a home for reasons out of my control. I reached out to them in the most professional manner, and provided all documents they requested. Ive attempted to communicate at a high level and find a solution that is fair for both parties. I have been neglected by all their staff for several days now. I am unable to reach anybody by phone or email. There is no professionalism or respect. DO NOT GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT. They will ignore you and try to keep your money at all cost.
