The well went down at my place of business. I called Lyle and he said he would have a technician out "sometime today". Well, "sometime" was less than an hour later! Bruce did a GREAT job diagnosing the issue gave me recommendations which I scheduled in with Lyle. I really appreciated the PROMPT service. If you live/work in the Reedley and have well pump issues, call Jorgensen Pump!

Over more than 17 years, the folks at Jorgensen Pump have serviced our water system admirably. I really appreciate their staff who respond exceptionally quickly and professionally to ensure that me and my family have an adequate flow of water. This morning typifies their service...I called the office at 7:21am because our pump was only putting out a fraction of its normal capacity. I was assured that technicians would be out today to evaluate the problem. In less than half an hour, Bruce showed up to identify the problem--looked like they would need to pull the pump. Even though their crews were scattered around the valley, they managed to get a three person crew with vehicle to our location this morning. While the office coordinated to dispatch a crew to our location, Bruce unselfishly drove to Fresno to get a pump that would be needed for the repair so that I would have water today! After more investigation and troubleshooting, the technicians determined the problem and repaired the issue...all before 1pm. I am so pleased with their concern for me having water before a long weekend. They made every effort to diagnose and solve my water issues with the shortest amount of downtime. I very much appreciate their herculean efforts, courtesy, professionalism, and timeliness that circumvented what could have been a very dry Memorial Day weekend for me and my family.
