Seiler LLP

After a several month delay in which Seiler did nothing to try to work with us to get to at least one finished work product I finally was able to get a phone call and within a few hours the completed work product for one of the items we agreed on.  The senior manager continued to be very uninformed about the situation and did nothing to address our concerns. I also found out we paid for work on other projects we did not receive because they were not complete.  I am not sure why our legal team recommended this group (we have informed them of our experience).  I don't normally write reviews unless the experience is really poor so please look elsewhere for accounting services.

Abruptly cut me off, said he can't give advice over the phone, and hung up on me before hearing that I was willing to meet and pay fairly. Strikingly unprofessional.

In virtually everything they touch, there is a level of professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work which has really left an impression on me. My firm has been a strategic business advisor to Seiler for the past 3 years. We have primarily worked with partners and client-facing leaders to elevate the value the firm brings to their markets. It's refreshing to see a professional services firm that does not rest on its 50-year history but rather is investing in continuous improvement of its people and the way they serve/provide insight and value to their clients. Kudos to Seiler for rising to the challenge of being a better more relevant professional services firm than many in the industry!

Horrible customer service. I'm a first time homebuyer and had called to ask some questions about receiving gift money, Elizabeth laughed on the phone as soon as I told her. Very very rude. Do not recommend
