Denette is an excellent manager. 4 years in one of her apt without a single problem. She was always available to help since day one until last day.

Denette Bartoli has managed the rental of our home for the past year. She did a great job advertising the rental and screening applicants to find an excellent tenant for us. Denette has been very responsive to our questions and has effectively managed minor repairs to the property. We have been fully satisfied with Denette’s services and recommend her.

In a conflict with a manager or owner today, I was walking to my car to move from there parking lot when I told an older gentleman that I could not park in my house where there is parking. He then stated "You are not allowed to park there we will tow you next time" I then told him I had no where to park because construction was begin done through my whole street blocking cars coming in or out. he said again "Its not my problem , park somewhere else." and let me tell you that I had only parked there during the construction and when me and him had an altercation was when construction was over and I was putting my car in the belonged parking spot. Overall, I was felt very disrespected as I had only been parked there for no more than 1 hour. Bellow, I can show you some photo's of the construction and parking spots.

I have lived in the Philippines for the last 5 years since serving here with the Peace Corps, and Denette Bartoli has managed my property in Redwood City for the last 3+ years. The difference for me is that this is not a 'rental investment' - it is my home that I love. The tenants have been demanding and Denette at Terrace Associates has always taken care of any and all issues while protecting my basic interests. She truly manages the property and handles everything efficiently and cost-effectively. If a repair is needed, she sends multiple bids for my approval, but she has a team of competent folks to do whatever is needed in my homey. She also takes my input and listens. I cannot praise her enough for giving me such peace of mind on the other side of the world.
