        I've been a member of the Sequoia Y for over 10 years and it's my happy place!! The energy at the Y is special and welcoming, folks are friendly and through the years I have made many close friends. From Pilates to Sculpt and water aerobic classes, I'm at the Y 5-6 days/week and I miss it when I don't go. The Y is a great (clean) facility, the instructors are experienced and help you maintain correct form so you don't injure yourself, and the pool is wonderful. I'm very grateful that I discovered the Sequoia Y all those years ago!
