Haight Ashbury Music Center

First time at Haight Ashbury Music Center. Was greeted upon arrival and the guys there are super nice and knowledgeable. They assisted me with purchasing my first bass guitar and had a great selection from which to choose. Will go back for my next purchase. Thanks guys for a great experience!

I was unable to leave feedback on Reverb so I decided to leave a review here. Haight Ashbury Music took the time to check their inventory and send me photos of the bass I was interested in to see if the top on it lived up to what I was expecting. While I unfortunately did not go through with the purchase on the bass because I was looking for something different from what they had available, the fact that they took the time to do that for me and to respond to me on Reverb was above and beyond what many shops would do, especially on a holiday weekend where most shops are closed for Memorial Day. Great experience, and hopefully I will be buying something from them in the future.

I was interested in a Ibanez S621 and Haight Ashbury Music Center was one of the 5 or 6 stores that had one in stock. From my initial communication with them to the purchase and subsequent shipping the guitar to Canada, their customer service has been incredible to say the least! They packed the guitar incredibly well and in a sturdier box than the Ibanez box. The guitar was exactly as described (mint) and the manner in which they dealt with me left me with a phenomenal experience. Buy with confidence from their store!
