expensive junk. arrived broken...customer support impossible to work with. "we will begin an investigation"...not we will repair or replace....many design flaws....front wheels will snag your feet. handicapped person cannot get in or out because front wheelie bar is in the way.

I have a Whill C2 Powered wheelchair but it is a bust! The problem is the battery. If left on the charger, ir fails and a replacement costs < $550. Most manufacturers put overcharge protection in either the charger or the battery. I am hemiplegic due to a stroke and can't get out of bed to check the chargers LED to see if it is green indicating a full charge. Not even a Beep so I could attempt to get someone to disconnect it. At its high cost, my nursing home will not let staff do that. It would add little cost to have the charcer go into trickle mode when the 'charged LED illuminates. Would you buy a smart phone if the battery failed when in a docking station or staying plugged in?

I am a C5 quadriplegic and became a WHILL Ambassador in late 2017. I have a WHILL Model M and have enjoyed my experiences with the wheelchair and the company. This is a modern wheelchair with many unique features including 4-wheel drive, Omni-wheels, and a modern look that stands out from the rest!
