I would advise against doing business with Samira Chalhoub. She is not respectable, not communicative, and not fair to the people she works with. I am not one of her clients, rather I am a vendor who has done everything I could in my power to make things right with Samira. Her first complaint was that she purchased a Care Package which includes a shorter 45-sec video, when she told communicated by our team later on after that the video would be short and not include everything, she went off on us even though we advised her to get a Premier Package which includes a longer 1-2 min video and all the rooms she was hoping to feature. After speaking with her about the issue, I told her that we were sorry if we made any confusion on the video length, and offered and implemented a free upgrade to a Premier Package for her. Yet, after all this she has refused to pay us for our services and keep her end of the promise. I have proper documentation for our interaction which shows her lack of communication. Our business performed a service for Samira in July and fulfilled and went above and beyond for her. Two months later, I called to ask her about payment and she complained about something new, that we branded the video without her logo, but rather her brokerages' logo. I mentioned to her if this was an issue, we would have addressed this immediately though no evidence of this issue was documented to communicated to us. Many agents with work with have no issue to show their brokerages' logo and branding. Nearly half a dozen emails, countless texts, and many phone calls - a few of which she hung up on us and said she was too busy. She did mention briefly she would pay for just the photos which she did end up using, though she would not be paying for anything else we performed as a service and delivered the final product on. Three months later, Samira has ghosted us without any communication and has refuse to make any payments on the work we've completed. When I brought this issue with to her former brokerage, I was told their relationship had already been severed because she was a nightmare to deal with and behaved irrationally within their organization as well. The fact is we invested our time, energy, resources to do work for Samira, and in return, Samira has cheated us in business. I hope that no one else ever has to feel cheated again.
