She was my Christmas angel. After a really tough December in and out of the hospital, I was in desperate need of something to cover my abdominal drain so I could shower. I went in and was not expecting the cost of the materials and was just very overwhelmed. She was so kind and sent me home with exactly what I needed, some words of encouragement, and a really heartfelt hug. Thank you!

I am an advocate of buying from local brick and mortar stores. It's great to have a medical supply store nearby. And they measure you for your compression sock. But Bay City charged me $80 per pair of medical grade compression socks, which seems like an outrageous price compared to Amazon's $38 per pair. I am usually a careful shopper. Shame on me. Buyer beware.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. The handful of times I've been there, they have been well stocked. The prices are very reasonable as well. Parking is tight, but available.
