Borgo Marble & Granite Co

Recently hired Borgo Marble and Granite to install a countertop in my home. It was the worst mistake I have made in my life.  The owner, Jose Borgo came the first day to take measurements and never saw him again. He sent his workers for a couple of days but the owner should have followed up and supervise the final product. He never did. There were some small punched out holes in the wall that went unfinished. In addition, they removed a kitchen appliance which could not be put back in because some chunks of wood were ripped out in the process. The workers spoke limited English so it was difficult to communicate. Mr. Borgo should have stopped by to make sure everything was up to standard. I had to hire a carpenter and a handyman to finish what Borgo Marble and Company did not.  I do not recommend this company for any work. Thank you for reading my honest review.

We were so impressed with Jose Borgo and his staff.  Very responsible and helpful.  We were able to choose granite for our kitchen and it turned out to be perfect and beautiful.Jose is very professional and responsible.  If you want the job done right we would recommend Borgo Marble and Granite!

A friend recommended Jose as he has used him many times for kitchens and bathrooms over the years. I find him very honest and helpful in selecting product and going through the process.

I was recommended to Borgo by A3 Tile in San Carlos. Mr. Borgo and Anita were very pleasant to work with. I purchased my Quartz slab from A3 Tile and they had it delivered to Borgo's shop in Redwood City. Mr. Borgo and his team came to my house and were very friendly and helpful. They made templates for my counters and had me come back to their shop to show me how the layout and cutting process was done. They day of installation only took about an hour. The team that showed up were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend them for any future work. If you read any negative reviews about them they are not true. Also they pricing was very reasonable. Thank you Mr. Borgo and Anita!!!!!

Borgo was hired by my general contractor to fabricate the granite for my fireplace.  Anita who words at Borgo was WONDERFUL helping my to lay out the pattern on the granite.  She was patient and knowledgeable.  Then Walter who came to my house (there was one other young man and I'm sorry I can't remember his name) were just great.  They were so meticulous and attentive to every detail - truly artists.  Every joint and angle was mitered and is perfect!  The result was an absolutely perfect fireplace and hearth.  They were professional and friendly, cleaned up after themselves.  I already know what I want to use them for the next time!
