They totally left me hanging... I visited in person to get advice on "Floating" a floor in a basement space that was being remodeled. They gave me some options to consider and we agreed on one that would work. When we got close to needing the material I asked how long it would take to get. The owner said he could, "Have it yesterday." The week came for delivery and we agreed on a day. The day before delivery, I started getting questions about the options for the material. Turns out he had forgotten which item we selected and the one we actually needed had a 3 week delay. I had a crew standing by, and a project that hinged on installing the flooring, and now I had to call all the other local stores in a panic to try and find an alternative. Owner offered an alternative that was clearly inferior product which he was pushing at the same price and it turns out that option would not float anyhow.
