        I had been a customer of Bayside for many years. I have a generac generator and it was working fine, I scheduled an annual service and it has not worked right since the service. As a follow up they came and installed a new battery which did nothing. They would not come back to fix the problem until I paid the invoice for a battery that was not the issue. Very unhappy customer!

      This customer, AH, called us to check her generator. Upon arrival, the charger had failed and the battery was dead. We installed a new battery, got her generator running and set the exercise schedule. The oem specific charger was ordered but was on back order. We have tried to work with this customer but she has stopped communicating.
