Very unprofessional, this woman made her manager bring me in their office because she did not want to do her job. It is okay to not believe the customer just call to verify as a dentist receptionist it is their job to call WESTERN DENTAL to verify, 1st. 2nd here she is passing by again not doing her job. (Screenshot from a video) she gets up, looks at me turns around then turned around again passes me and sits down and then gets a call and picks up the phone. The manager saw as well. Thank you to the Manager for being professional. Also want to add, it wasnt just me that she was being arrogant with other patients as well raised their concern that shes giving out wrong times while I waited. Im going to start documenting my visits to this office. I hope she doesnt fall into the category of harassment as she kept asking me who did you call x4 times. I hope she gets proper training, I believe she can get better !!

The dental assistant Marisela Luna was very gentle and professional, as well as Dr. Darya! The office and station where I was treated was very clean. They completed my teeth cleaning in a timely, and I love this Dentist!! Thanks Nanel!
