Dr. Dina Hammoud is a gentle and caring dentist. She has skilled hands who performed my recent tooth extraction. She was on point on post surgery instructions, both verbal and written, particularly in preventing post surgery infection. The lab technician, (Jiaro, spl. .??, sorry!) is a first for me to have for myself a good fitting denture! It is an advantage for this clinic and beneficial for patients to have an in-houise lab technician. I am able to have a one day dental repair service experience. Jordan and Lady who were former staff of Dr. Roos who retired in 2019 remained very accommodating. I highly recommend the Redwood City Smile Dental Center, 51 Renato Ct., RC, CA 94061.

Awful experience with this office. I've been a long time patient, but finally decided to stop coming due the the last interaction I had with the staff. I tried for over a week to retrieve my x-rays from this office and the receptionist told me it would be a $25.00 for them to send me MY OWN x-rays vis email! Not even a hard copy! Called many times only for the receptionist on the phone to tell me it was her first day and she wasn't able to help me. Then they call another office that I'm visiting and asked to share personal information. That is against HIPPA laws. Thank god my new office knew not to share that information, but I was shocked by this to say the least.

Dr. Hammouda is amazing and caring. I got multiple fillings and extractions so quickly. Jordan is very caring and takes great care of patients to ensure their comfort. Id definitely recommend this place for friends and family.

Well i thought the dentist and staff were very nice and professional. What i had a problem with was the lab tech and my dentures. First the top denture i asked to make the teeth bigger after many visits i still wasnt happy but u could live with it Than i guess this is my fault a year or so went for the bottom. I kept going back just about every week never fit right. I decide to get the 4 mini implant for dentures. Big mistake they never fit right i would get so much word under the plate. I thought the implant would take care of the problem. Than i had them for a little over a year they broke. I already told myself i would never go back. I glued them for months. Well you can go without teeth when theres 4 spikes sticking out of your gums. Not to mention they also hurt. In the long run i found a place that made me a botton denture in 4 hrs. Cut holes in the the denture where the spikes go. They were half the price fit great never had to return plus they were very nice and listened to me. What a diffence.

I had a great experience getting my tooth fixed. The office staff was impeccable. I will come to this office again. I recommend this office to others. Very quick service.
