We lost our internet and phones on a busy Monday at small primary care office. Nobody could work. Comcast was not helpful. My previous IT person retired and I didnt know what to do. I started cold calling IT places and no one answered or returned my messages (ever actually). Then I reached SYS and spoke with a human who started to trouble shoot with me. I really wanted someone to come on site but he assured me we could figure it out. A couple things here, a couple checks there and he knew what the problem was, a piece of failed hardware. He found a replacement for me close by and in an hour I had it up and running. Saved my business that day!!! These are my new IT guys Thank you

Ok, so I spent 8 hrs on a report that must be submitted by Midnight and it's now 8:45 PM. The report is late according to my boss and honestly If I did not complete by Midnight my job was on the line. I was working in Word and had many windows open. A page popped up asking if I wanted to save my changes, because it was a new Doc I did not realize there were changes and closed the Doc. Well it was my project! After searching and flipping out I thought to call Shahiq at SYS IT Services. Shahiq/SYS IT Services is the IT Support for my company where I work remotely. SYS IT and Shahiq has been available any time that I reached out for Support so I can keep working. Shahiq/SYS IT Services was able to recover my unsaved Doc and my working career at the same time! I recommend Shahiq/SYS IT Services and the excellent work he does every day!
