We used The Carvery for our wedding in September. Rosa was so great to work with leading up to the event - very responsive and informative every step of the way! During the wedding weekend, Rosa was unfortunately unable to make it but her counterpart (I did not catch his name as I was busy getting married :) was such a delight and SO on top of everything. They setup our tables and buffet exactly as I had described and the food was delicious! I received many compliments from our wedding guests that the food was delicious - especially the tri tip. I dont eat red meat but I will take their word for it! My husband and I did not do a tasting, I simply read online reviews and booked from there. We did not want to spend an insane amount of money on the catering, while not compromising on quality and I would say The Carvery is your best bet for that in the Bay Area. We had great food and the prices were straightforward and a great deal for the quality of food. Thank you Rosa and team!!

The Carvery catered my daughter's wedding on 9/14/19. The food was scrumptious! The salmon was perfection! The roasted chicken was moist and herby. My husband is the pickiest eater and he got the chicken and the salmon and cleaned his plate. I highly recommend their roasted potatoes. I could have eaten an entire plate full of these. They were crispy on the outside and soft an fluffy in the middle and bursting with flavor.

The Carvery Catering thank you. ROSA thank you for making our wedding day go smooth! You went above and beyond with everything you and your staff did. From setting up the centerpieces, menus, plate settings, and the list goes on. Not only that but the food was great! Rosa, thank you for everything that you did! If we ever hav another event, we know we can count on you guys! I know I've said thank you about 10x throughout this review, but seriously Rosa you guys did a great job!

Rosa and her team are amazing, simply amazing!Rosa is a delight to work with especially for catering. We used The Carvery Catering for our wedding and everything was perfect! From the start, it was a great conversation about what kind of food we were looking for. No hidden fees, everything was upfront and the pricing worked for us because we were on a tight budget.When you go in to taste, you do not just get what you are thinking you want for your event, you get a few extras to try in case you want to change your mind and we did. That is something I really appreciated.We ordered our linen through Rosa and The Carvery Catering, the prices were competitive and the set up for the wedding was perfect. We got the lemon zest salmon and rosemary chicken. My gosh, the flavor on that chicken is something I will remember forever. The salmon was great too, I'm not a lemon lover, but it had no sour taste, just the flavor of lemon that blended perfectly with the salmon. The sides were wonderful as well. My favorite was the macaroni salad. I am actually going to go back just to order the macaroni salad and chicken, like a week's worth of it to eat everyday.On the day of the event, Rosa and her team came in to set up. It was fast and furious, they got everything up, set up, and it was beautiful. What a terrific company. The Carvery Catering company could not have been easier to work with and their service could not have been better. Jessica, the on site coordinator, along with her crew made the day a success. Her attention to detail was exceptional and she made sure that all of our needs were met. The staff arrived a half hour early (which was great) and quickly set up. The food was terrific!!! We wanted a classy lunch with comfort food. People remarked how fun it was to have a carved turkey during the summer, complete with gravy and cranberry. The salmon was extremely popular. The vegetable lasagna was an out of this world choice for the vegetarians in the crowd. Everything was delicious, and beautifully presented on a lovely buffet. The friendly staff served the guests and that expedited the buffet line. The warmth of the staff and their friendliness definitely contributed a nice vibe to the party. My husband and I love everything about our catering experience and we certainly would hire the Carvery again. Many thanks to Jessica and her crew for making the party a success.
