An old saw asks, "What do you call the guy who graduates last in his class from medical school?"  The answer of course, is "doctor."  For the layman, it's very difficult to judge the quality of medical care we receive beyond the personal relationships we have with our doctors.  Fortunately the medical profession has given us a tool to help judge the knowledge level of our doctors.  It's called "board certification" and to the credit of physicians, most of them have taken the time and effort to become certified in their particular specialties.  Doing so requires considerable study and the periodic testing.  Once in a while a doctor will achieve certification in two specialties and he or she is referred to as being "double-boarded."  Dr. Nouri is boarded in six, (yes, SIX) medical specialties including of course, cardiology as well as internal medicine and a number of others.  Additionally, he is compassionate, supportive and a great listener.  You couldn't do better...
