The Monterey Offices

The Monterey Offices were a 5-star home for my professional office and I recommend them whole-heartedly. The offices are owned and leased by a family and there is a remarkable level of pride of ownership that simply isn't present in other competing buildings owned by a large corporation with salaried employees who come and go. The offices are in classic California Spanish style, and have been maintained flawlessly. The exteriors - and in all my experiences, interiors as well - are kept absolutely spotless, from fresh, well-maintained paint to beautiful landscaping to monogrammed Monterey Offices floor mats at the entry to each office. The family management is responsive, kind and flexible, and cares very deeply about their leasing tenants. I would gladly rent from them again!

Whatever business brings you to the Monterey offices there's plenty of parking front or rear.

A nice place! Easy to park, I found a great C.P.A. there who did my taxes for $140.00 you can't beat that!
