        Booked an appointment with them over 24 hours prior. When I arrived at the location I was told by the manager, yeah, I dont know why the call center booked this appointment time (4:30pm)I have to be out of here at 5:00pm and Im not going to take you He told me he saw that I had an a 4:30pm appointment when he opened that morning I asked WHY didnt he CALL ME to notify that he was canceling my appointment?? He didnt have an answer, he just said I can schedule you for tomorrow? DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Horrible customer service and business practices. Service: Oil change

        Last minute call to Midas spoke with Antonio he took great care of us, very informative and nice the shop is very clean lots of bays, great price. Honest, I didn't tell  him I worked in the auto repair for 8 years, so I know my way around a car , they inspected the brakes completed the service his survey was spot on

        I made an appointment for an oil change. I was 5 min early. After waiting an hour they hadn't started so I left. Huge waste of time and cowardly service lying to me about ETA.
