Going on 4 years now and completely satisfied with the facility and amenities. Staff has been excellent as well with Edgar and Javier providing great service anytime I need something checked at my apartment.

I moved in about a week ago. I want to say that the move-in experience is very smooth thanks to Claudia and Johnny from the leasing office who are super super helpful. Normally I'd give a 4-star because of some noise situations (details below), but Claudia and Johnny have been very great so the fifth star is for them :) If you are sensitive to noise, here's my best summary of all the noise I noticed and how much they matter (I live in a unit facing the pool): * Traffic from El Camino: the double pane windows actually do a great job of insulating the noise. There's almost no traffic at midnight so it's easy to get into sleep. Occasionally crazy motorcycle guys would race on El Camino back and forth at midnight. They suck. But not surprising. * Caltrain: I can hear caltrain's honking. It stops at midnight, but resumes around 6 on weekdays and 8 on weekends. A bit annoying on weekdays. * Footsteps from the above: my upstairs neighbors' footsteps are super heavy. I can help them count their steps and remind them to get up. Fortunately no heavy footsteps at bedtime. I'll check with the leasing office to see if this is normal because this is not mentioned by any other review. * Pool heater sound: a bit annoying but not a big deal to me as it stops at night. * Leaf blowers: they would make big noises around 8 in the morning. But I've heard only once so far. * People using the pool: pretty loud. But I've noticed people using the pool only on a Friday night. ---- Some other great things about this complex that may not necessarily exist in other complexes: * Parking is actually quite easy and convenient. * No ants * Doordash can deliver to your door without giving them a universal code that they can use to re-enter

Update after living here for 1 month: Taking one star off for the loud whistling sound the pool makes when being heated. This happens throughout the day and only shuts off at midnight. I would caution against a unit facing the pool if you're sensitive to sound. My wife and I just moved in this past weekend and so far, our experience has been superb! Diane showed us the apartment and introduced us to the building. She was very welcoming and answered all our questions. Johnny then helped us with the lease and all the move-in details. He is super friendly and accommodating and addressed all our concerns promptly and professionally. We also interacted with Javier a few times who is really friendly and helpful.
