Kathi is the Chief Administrator and F&M Properties, and she was SO amazingly helpful when I was trying to quickly get approved and into my new apartment. She is so quick to respond and was fantastic during the application process. Property management can make or break an apartment, and Kathi MAKES it! I loved working with her.

I lived in this building for years before I had to move out of state. The landlord is amazing, sweet, and really cares about her tenants. Facilities and apartments are beautiful and well kept. Complex is secure and has a nice laundry room and pool. I never had any issues living here and everyone is super friendly! I would definitely rent here again but I had to move for work. Overall feel this is the best apartment building in Redwood City, which is why I decided to live here. Definitely made some cool friends here.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and it has been an amazing experience. Although my time here is coming to an end, I would recommend anyone to come stay. Rent was affordable and the apartment was in good condition when I moved in. The landlord is so nice and accommodating. The other tenants are great too.

Lived here for a few years with my hubby until we had a baby and upgraded to a house. Apartments are clean and modern. Most of the tenants have been here 10+ years and I can see why. This is a very quiet and clean building which helped since I work from home. The manager/landlord was always super pleasant and was there any time I needed help/repairs. Over all my years of renting, this was by far my favorite place to live since it is family owned and doesn't have that commercial/impersonal feel where you have never met your landlord or the owners. I will really miss this place!!!
