Allomi

I took my first restorative yoga class here and it was a great experience.  Very nice small studio, the instructor was very helpful and peaceful and helped you to ensure you were properly positioned.  The owner came by, and is also very friendly.

Great location with ocean view and nice yoga! The yoga teacher was very professional.

I saw an awesome looking dance class going on while I ate across the street, read the schedule on the door, and came back for a wonderful meditation session. I had some revelations that helped make sense of things I had been struggling to figure out. Whatever time you have... well, make some time. Stop in. It was well worth the experience.

I am so thrilled to share my love and gratitude for Allomi because I really can't imagine my life before I found this studio. "All-of-me" is one of the most wonderfully inclusive and supportive personal and spiritual growth spaces I have ever found. The classes here are fabulous, always such a variety of things to try and the other people who seem to find this place are some of the most genuine, lovely and friendly people I have ever met. I have made a whole new friend group just by attending some of the workshops and then spent hours chatting with them on the bench outside after a class or getting together for coffee on weekends. I have really learned so much about connecting to myself and been able to live a much more fulfilling life than I had ever thought was possible through meditations, classes, workshops and even 1:1 coaching with Amber. Amber, the owner, is super inviting, friendly and really cares about everyone who comes here and makes sure to make everyone feels at home. I truly can't say enough loving things about Allomi and what this space means to me and the community here. If you're interested in the body, mind, soul connection and wanting to enhance your life check out Allomi. Don't worry about if you haven't meditated, don't know too many "spiritual" things, or haven't taken any workshops like these before (I came here having never meditated in my life and having been a "no-nonsense" engineer for over a decade) you will feel at home and grateful you checked it out!
