Michelle is the real deal. I have worked in the banking/lending industry for over 15 years and realtors like Michelle are one and a million. I have assisted her with a few of her clients on the lending side and have always been impressed with her willingness to do whatever it takes to help her clients. A realtor is not all about finding you the right property and/or at the right price. She adds so much more value through her client experience, interior design and passion to do her best. Michelle Accetta is MORE than a realtor! After I signed with Michelle, I could tell that she was organized; that she had a plan; and that everything was under control. She immediately listened to what I wanted, suggested options, and worked tirelessly throughout the house updating and sale process. She scheduled subcontractors, a stager, photographer, video, landscaper, and other professionals. She recommended lighting fixtures, paint colors, window blinds, and many other upgrades to prepare our house for sale. She was hands on and routinely came by to oversee, encourage, and support me and the workers throughout the updating process. She even went to Home Depot with me to buy some items that were needed the next day. Her team of professionals completely redid our home in 6 weeks. Her method for pricing, marketing, showing the house, and negotiating with the buyer was a winning strategy that brought in a price higher than what we asked for and sold the house quickly. Michelle is by far is the best realtor that I have worked with. I highly recommend her with enthusiasm!
