Cant say enough about how great of an experience it was working with Marco. He went above and beyond to help our family scour on and off market homes in the South Bay and eventually found us the perfect home in the competitive market of Manhattan Beach. He also helped us negotiate an incredible deal and went to bat for us in multiple ways to get us to the finish line ahead of other buyers offers. Additionally, his knowledge and extra time he spent connecting us to his extensive network for renovation direction, contractors, and overseeing remediation to ensure we were in good hands and given fair pricing was so so valuable. So much more goes into buying a home than just the purchase and Marco was there every step of the way. You get so much more than just a realtor with him and we would never consider using anybody else! We couldnt recommend more! Thank you Marco!
