Winkler took my insurance information first thing. I could have had a gun in my mouth and all she wanted was money money money. Once I started trying to talk to her, with what I consider real concerns, she started giggling, then I heard her talking to someone (maybe a pet?) and it was obvious she was on speakerphone and moving around the room. How do people like this keep clients? I tried her three times over a year ago before bailing out.
