Have had to live with toxic neighbor (behind the wall) in the community. GGE did nothing about my complaints in regards smoking and violations of the ordinance (party all the nights). I suffered half year till the ens of the lease. GGE should have been to terminate his lease agreement, but nothing wish you good luck if you decide to work with them.

Do not lease an apartment from this landlord. They're negligent in their operations (an incredible amount of crime/theft in my two years there) and will not return your deposit. It's been two months since I moved out and they won't respond to emails or calls. I'll be seeing them in small claims court.
