Horrible property management. Is that all they care about is collecting rent which they sometimes over charge. Lease says no smoking but when presented with clear evidence of cigarette smoking and where iit is coming from they look the other way. When tenants are clearly harassing you with loud and excessive noise because you complain about their cigarette smoking nothing is done. It is highly ineffective property management.

Believe the hype, do walk, RUN AWAY. The most awful experience ever of dealing with a management company to the point of being in contact with the city multiple times for harassment and inhabitable conditions.

No stars but Google won't post it unless I put one. I have mold and and termites and they are letting both of those things stay in my apartment. They brought a painter in to mask both issues. He scrapped off the termite nest and two days later another one showed up. He also smeared all the fuzz off the mold and left. I have black mold on my bedroom wall from a leak outside the wall. I spent two weeks over Christmas break coughing like crazy as a result. I've filed a claim with an attorney and the LA County Housing Department. Photos will tell all. They don't respond to emails, voicemails, or phone calls. Shady liars.

Horrible company to do business with unless you like bad customer service and unprofessional behavior. Avoid them.
