Very happy with the company and the Redondo Beach Location in particular. Always responsive to our needs. Melinda especially is helpful in appointments and little adjustments. The team has been great at the little adjustments to make the hearing aid a success.

Mariya was extremely patient with me as I didn't know what it was that I needed, she helped me through the whole process and was very professional. I did not feel like she was there to take advantage of me. I felt that she actually cared and wanted to make sure that I got the best service and best hearing aid for what I needed. She was very knowledgeable and gave me all of my options and explained to me what was best for me. I would recommend everyone go to her because she is there to actually help.
