        Dropped in for a Discover Scuba class and had an amazing time. Was nervous to try scuba at first but Scott and Megan were legends and made us all feel super comfortable before moving forward. We learned the basics in their heated pool with included rental gear and had us practice the fundamentals before trying out the deep end. About a 2 hour class and would 11/10 highly recommend for anyone looking to experience breathing underwater

        Dive and Surf or also known as Body Glove is one of the coolest stores in the entire South Bay. From surfing to scuba, they have it all with an amazing shopping experience. I've been using them for 10 years and I hope they stick around for a long time.
