        This BofA once had plenty of window tellers, down to 4 after remodel and lines are now ridiculous. Recommend hitting up another bank especially on Fridays

        Nicolas Diaz, one of the senior bankers, provides excellent service. Gone to him multiple times to get documents notarized and some other banking services. Always professional and efficient. Five star service from this branch!

        The young lady teller at the far right window is best. Friendly, FAST and no mistakes. I think does merchant window but pulls regular customers too. Thank you to that employee for not being lazy and reducing wait time. Customers will not complain as long as the line keeps moving, even if it's slow as a snail. Give that young lady a bonus. Sad thing is forgot her name.
