We used Matthew Murillo for my fathers trust and he did such a great job that we called to use him for the sale of his house. We had two different agents. Matt came prepared with listing from the area and gave us all the information on the first walk through. He did such a great job showing us our options, that we decided to use him. We had a very envolved sale. He went out of his way to get papers signed. When there was any issues, he took extra time to make sure things were taken care of properly. Professional throughout the entire process of buying my home. Matt explained everything and was always available during business hours to answer questions. If after hours, I would get a response by the next day. Couldn't have locked down our home without his commitment and perseverance.
