I cant say enough good things about Kris! I had so many questions about the home selling and buying process and he patiently answered each one (more then once). He helped relieve so much of my anxiety and I knew what to expect each step of the way. He truly cares about his clients and has the heart of a teacher. You cant go wrong with that combination! When looking to sell my home of 34 years, I had no idea where to start and to be honest not sure if it would happen. Through a friend I was put in touch with, Kris and the journey began. Kris showed up the first day and felt my hesitation, he walked me through the steps of the process and checked in with me regularly. He basically held my hand and made me comfortable with moving forward at each step. We not only sold my home in the first weekend it was on the market, but we got more than expected. Kris was exceptionally prompt upon requesting assistance of the sale of a home. Everything had to be done remotely due to not living in the country. Kris was diligent in communicating with us every step of the way and made what could have been a stressful situation into a very seem-less process.
