        Very friendly staff. Great location. Some of the other guests got into an argument while we were there but the staff was endlessly sweet. Would stay again. Nearby activities: Historic downtown Redlands life. Lots of places to eat nearby.

        Noteworthy details: So far, my experience with the entire staff has been nothing but friendly. This is why I travel back-and-forth and go out of my way to get to this hotel, and will make a way to come here. Always calling ahead, the office manager always saves a place for me. Even if Im late. The rate stays the same, and his excellent customer service is the best. The last time I came in he came in and replaced parts for the toilet, and didnt allow his staff to replace them, he did it himself! Dedication to customers and your business.
