When we first decided to list our house we spoke to two different realtors. We chose Ryan to be our realtor for multiple reasons. The biggest reason was his attentiveness. This would be the first house I was selling and didnt know where to start. I was able to get guidance from ryan and I was greatly appreciative of this. Hes very good at communication and throughout the whole process. My biggest pet peeve is hiring someone who lacks in communication skills so I wanted to be very careful I did not have this problem especially with such a large event in my life. Ryan was amazing at communicating with me and my family. He was always quick to respond, no matter what time it was. If he couldnt talk he would still answer to tell me he would call me right back and then he did. If he didnt have the answer to a question of mine he would consult with someone and get right back to me. The contracts we had to sign had terminology that was difficult for me to understand but ryan explained everything so well that I had no questions when we were done. Hes really good with people and hes very patient. Hes also very honest even if its bad news which is something I appreciate because I dont want anyone to beat around the bush. Especially when Im making such a large move I need someone who is upfront. I would definitely utilize him again and recommend him to friends/family.
